This places Belanova at the upper tier of Gurugram's residential market: Luxury housing priced at ₹10 crore and above witnessed a sharp increase in Gurugram last year, with total sales value climbing 80% to ₹24,120 crore, driven by rising demand from high-net-worth individuals and returning NRIs.
Timeline and Market Launch
The development is scheduled for completion by July 31, 2026, with the formal launch aligned with the opening of Club Belanova in March–April 2026. Belanova follows a phased pricing strategy designed to reward early participation, with pricing set to increase by 7–10% after every 10 units sold.
Central Park expects to achieve approximately Rs 500 crore in FY26 through a private offer to friends and family, followed by an estimated Rs 1,000 crore in FY27.
